No wonder I am dragging even after two cups of coffee and two diet Dr. Peppers and one black unsweetened iced tea. I have alarms set on my phone but since I don't look at my phone usually until I get to work by then it is too late. Anyone have some good advice on not forgetting to take your meds?

Do it right after you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on what time you take your meds. Make it a habit of as soon as you eat take your meds you're supposed to take right after then eventually it will become easier over time. Set your meds in a place you can see them and in a pill box with the days on it, so that way you know whether or not you've taken them
