Yesterday I rested much. I hovered a bit by hand and was at the Gym. I ate well an I have slept well.
Today I have used a good portion of time with the newspapers. I will soon do some dusting in the living room, then go shopping. I will put the dishwasher to work while home again. That's all for today. I think this slow progress is good for my mental stability, keeping the depression at a manageable level. It is also helping to try to be grateful for the smallest "things", that I have food when people in other countries are starving. That I have a home, when many people are living at the street in the cold winter and so on ...
