my whole body felt numb in the shower today, absolutely numb

I need to start looking in to alternative ways to do this, because seriously, showers hurt!

maybe 1 day you'll find me sat on a chair pouring water on myself from a cup, though to be fair, my arms will probably go.

it's just easier to smell, honestly.
