I was 163.8 today. I had a couple yogurts for breakfast. Then I had a glass of chocolate milk. I had a pouch of tuna around 9:30. I had a couple pieces of Kinder chocolate and I drank a pitcher of unsweetened iced tea. I plan on having another pouch of tuna and then 2 hardboiled eggs and some Kraft mac and cheese for dinner. I did have a few zero sugar sodas too. I am at 1,276 calories, 144 carbs, and 1,711 mil of sodium. I'm not actually doing anything specific right now. I'm not drinking the Atkins shakes or taking the topamax. I'm kinda just free styling it again. Iced tea helps a lot though.
