I was 162.6 today. So I assume that means the soda my mom got from Sams Club was zero sugar. I wasn't sure. I had about 1350 calories yesterday. Which was about 100 calories over my goal but I was starving at 6PM so I had a yogurt. I know in Noom they teach you something called zig zagging. Where you eat a diffrent number of calories each day. So like one day you'd eat 1250 the next day 1350 etc. So far today I had a corn tamale at 4:30 and 3 pieces of Lindt peppermint truffles for a mid morning snack. Those are so good I like to just put the whole thing in my mouth and let it pop. I had planned on getting an unwhich from Jimmy Johns for lunch and then having 2 eggs, a piece of cheese, and a purple sweet potato for dinner. I'm not very hungry but all I did was go down on my shots but that was just 2 weeks ago so I dont think I'd be feeling anything from that yet. I have been drinking a large amount of iced tea each day. So I dont know. Today I am at 1,276 calories, 74 grams of protein, 100 carbs, and 2,255 mil of sodium. The sodium is pushing it a bit for me but I'm still under.
