Regular adrenaline-anxiety panic attacks last 10-20 minutes.

Dissociative panic attacks seem to last hours for me. In August of 2020 when I was in the hospital, it lasted 5 hours.

Benzos still help very well. 1-3mg of lorazepam worth is all I need.. But also 0.25-0.75mg of clonazepam can work too.

But now since I've been on 10mg of olanzepine every day, the dissociative panic has vanished.
