Started eating oatmeal for first meal, quick cook oats mixed with dehydrated strawberries and dehydrated cauliflower rice. Tasted okay. Seems like a good breakfast, eaten slow and not stuffed. Couldnt get any healthier.
My bathrobe tied closer today, like 2 or 3 inches! I was like wtf? I need to go weigh myself! But im still like 100 lbs overweight, so its not like it makes a difference really. Except that its a decrease.
