I went for a 2.5 hour hike/walk with my mom and her friend. It was cold as ****!! I had no water so I got a headache - But good to get blood circulating etc..

I came home, took Advil and Dexedrine and snuggled up with my cat.

Not sure what to do now.. I don't feel motivated.
