Last night was bad. I wont go into details. But I did sleep pretty good. Tonight I had my usual sleep meds. I got a box of Sleepy Time tea yesterday. So I had a mug of that just now. It seemed to help my anxiety I'm not sure how my sleep will be. I had a big pitcher of matcha green tea and a couple caffeinated sodas today.
