I was expecting to be 170 today but I was 167. Which was kind of strange since I was snacking a lot on chocolate yesterday. But I didn't eat much besides chocolate and I didn't have a lot for dinner so maybe I just ate less then I thought I did.
So far today I've had 2 diet Dr. Peppers with vanillia syrup from Sonic, an eziekiel english muffin, a Yoplait whips chocolate yogurt, and a pouch of tuna. I plan on having another tuna in a few minutes. Then dinner will be an egg, an Atkins shake, a chocolate Quaker rice cake, and a purple sweet potato. I have down 1,211 calories, 80 grams of protein, 166 carbs, and 1,425 mil of sodium.
