I was 168.6 today. And I can tell, feel, and see the diffrence between 171 and 168. For breakfast I had a single serve cup of Lucky Charms and 2 clementines, I had one or 2 orange vanilla Coke zeros too. I got a coffee and I think I way overestimated the calories on it. Then I got a vanilla iced tea from Sonic. Lunch was an Atkins shake. I just now had a can of Great Value chicken. Dinner will be a can of Great Value potatos. I am at 1,247 calories, 69 grams of protein, 170 carbs, and 2,281 mil of sodium. I have no idea on the coffee though I put it at 364 calories and I have a feeling I'm way off. Like I over counted by at least 100 calories.
