Hi [emoji112] would you have the receipt of the purchase? It would show your name. It happens when numbers get twisted. If you feel uncomfortable about going alone ask a friend to go with you to ask for the package. If they deny giving I would call the company and explain the situation. If no results I’d ask for a refund because you honestly didn’t get the package. If you know the person (who has the package) go to small claims court.
