I too am soft spoken and I know someone who can't hear AND owns a hearing aid BUT refuses to wear it! Talk about frustration. And it's even harder wearing a mask. I have to repeat myself over and over, and then she gets offended cause I'm "yelling" at her.

Then wear YOUR *******hearing aid! Win win for all.
