The package never got delivered to the apartment. So I sent another email to the seller this morning asking him what was up if they could just cancel the delivery so I could reorder and I said the numbers they gave me werent working. He got really pissed and replied back (a few words were in all caps the dude was steamed) that he cant do anything for me I have to do it. He gave me the tracking number, the invoice number, and the UPS customer service number. The tracking number just said it was out for delivery. Like it said all day yesterday. The invoice number was invalid. Again. So I finally called customer service and I got it changed to my correct address that way. Now when I track it theres no delivery date but it says its being changed to a diffrent address and the delivery date will be updated.
I just dont get why it was out for delivery all day yesterday yet didnt show up at that apartment and why the invoice number was invalid. I'm almost wondering if I got scammed or something even though this is a legit retail store in Canada with good reviews.
