I'm on lists for section 8 vouchers and well if I can get a nicer apt with amenities I won't necessarily need to buy a house. But I'm going to try to put myself in position to buy if at all possible.

I decided to keep my job. I hope the raise really helps me. get money saved and debts paid. I need to start living within means.
