Yesterday I went to Aldis and I got 3 types of cheese. Then my mom went to walmart and picked up 2 bags of chicken nuggets and some Christmas Hershey kisses from walgreens. Despite having a fully stocked fridge and freezer and food rack I just ate a can of potatos for dinner. But I did eat during the day. I fell asleep hungry and I woke up at 9:30 and I've been up since. I had a 12oz bottle of Coke and a rice cake amd a zero sugar Coke around 10-11. It seemed to have helped. Then I had my 2 large flavored iced teas I got from Sonic yesterday morning. I'm hungry for protein. I have some canned chicken I am going to eat for breakfast. I just have to hold on for a few more hours. I'm not sure how my therapist will react to me being up since 9:30 due to hunger. That is definte disordered behavior.
The thing is I'm not even hungry anymore and I got like 4 minutes of sleep.
