I typically take 3-4 excedrin migraine tablets and it will help me sleep for maybe 2-4 hours depending on what phase I’m in not sleeping. Typically 5-6 days I only sleep a few hours a night then it catches up to me and I’ll sleep 6-7 hours one night a week. Then it all starts again.
