If it helps at all, as I know every body is different, I'm around 6'1" and ~240 pounds, and I get a decent amount of exercise walking fairly often. I also want to focus primarily on brain health, and on bone health as I have a bad back.
-Fish
-(Eggs or Chicken?)
-Broccoli
-Brussels Sprouts
-Onions
-Apples
-Bananas
-Oranges
-Blueberries
-Walnuts
-Oatmeal
For the second one, I can't decide which one I should eat more of, I know eating eggs a lot can increase your cholesterol levels, but they are a lot more convenient and cheaper than like chicken breast and that kind of stuff. So maybe just like 50/50?
Also, just wanted to check too if things like milk and cheese would be alright to include occasionally when I eat things like the oatmeal and eggs.
Thank you!

Just my opinion: you need more protein less sugar heavy fruits and minimal complex carbohydrates.
