You know it will pass. We've all been there. I'm still afraid of doing something. We have to make sure that we think of the time we made it without doing anything and focus on that--not the fact if we do something. It's hard, I know. When those thoughts come, they want out--NOW! It's so hard to control, and especially when we have moods and everything going on. It will get better!
