Sorry to anyone reading if this is the ''wrong'' reply, it's my truth. Thanks for posting this Sapien. I'm ''selfish'' and I hope you survive this, without harming yourself (further).. I also have been traumatised and harmed by... more than a few... professionals in my area, and now am extremely wary of them, at best.
