182.7 down 17 1/2 pounds in 10 weeks!
So it was all of the alcohol beers that I was drinking
.I knew it and could not make a substitution.

The heiniken 0.0 has 69 calories in one beer but
was smooth like water so I don't like them I want
a very distinct burn when drinking one fast like a
regular beer. the partakes have that my

partake have 10 and the other one I drink has 30
calories, then the ones from japan don't have any

calories nor alcohol. I refer to them as my 0.0.0 "beers".
I am limiting my partake to 3 beers a day before

7pm then limiting the 0.0.0 beers to 1-2 before
8 pm so I don't get up at night.
So I am having 4-5 "beers" at night.
Found out that they have the heiniken 0.0
at the tap room so I can go there with the
gang and get a couple of beers there.
This sounds obsessive but it is clear to me,
and that is what matters.
What is important to me is remaining AF. How ever I do it.
I am losing weight which is my primary
goal and it is working out nicely.
