Welp I have high blood pressure, no more boozing it, no more coffees in the morning, No more salty Mcdonad's breakfast, and lots of potassium to add. I hope that does it. I'm not a spring chicken anymore. I learned this when I went to the dentist, I've been taking it in slowly haha Gotta figure out my dinner routine next, but breakfast and lunches are an easy fix. Its just that at the end of the night im always too tired to cook. :-/ I should see a doctor to be honest. I have a lot of questions about half lifes and nutrition levels.
