Does anyone know if there's any progress being made in creating a traumatic stress diagnosis that doesn't require an acute life-threatening incident? (I just read something about PDSD [Prolonged Duress Stress Disorder], a proposed DSM addition made by a British researcher. I *think* this may be what gets referred to sometimes as "Complex PTSD" here in the States.) Thanks for any info.
