Strange how the day went. Woke up after I slept not well. But I felt now that the fever was gone. The coughing is left, but it’s not much now. My entire voice is changed. But it seems as if entire flu was defeated. I made some oat porridge (we in Sweden love to eat porridge, but especially oat porridge - since it’s the best and healthiest of them all).
I’m still waiting for my Covid-test so still isolated and at home. Watched my favourite series on tv. Just relaxed, nothing much I could do than wait for the result.
Now I need to take my sleep back and build back my sleeping rhythm. That will take me a little while, but I know I’ll fix this. The sleep is so utterly important. Especially for us with bipolar. Also, no alcohol or tobacco. I’m also trying to avoiding candy and ally that.
