I've had a severe anaphylactic reaction to Ibuprofen in the past and PEG is listed in the ingredients

"The solubility of ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is enhanced by synthesizing ibuprofen ester with a water-soluble polymer, poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG)"

Inactive ingredients: carnauba wax, colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polydextrose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate, titanium dioxide

From Govt site

"If you have had a severe allergic reaction or an immediate allergic reaction—even if it was not severe—to any ingredient in an mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, you should not get either of the currently available mRNA COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna)"

PEG and Polysorbate are closely related to each other. PEG is an ingredient in the mRNA vaccines, and Polysorbate is an ingredient in the J&J/Janssen vaccine.

This only leaves AZ for me!
