I had to cut down on the benzos a while back (the lorazepam/ativan). I haven't taken that since mid-2020 (only a 7-day supply since they don't like prescribing it). I learned to use OTC stuff like chamomile tea, kava tea, melatonin at night, or Tylenol PM at night (but NOT with any other sedative, and not every night, since it can be hard on the liver and tummy).
