I eat once a day at Mcdonald's- chicken or Big Mac burger, salad, small fries, and iced coffee. I am losing weight. I walk around a little too daily. I think I am doing well and am able to fit in tight clothes now. I eat what I want. I drink a lot of water too now. I don't know if what I am doing is healthy but feel better overall since I am thinner. I do eat a little snack in the afternoon but not much. I feel fine.
