I really am not sure about this but I think I read that Complex PTSD is caused by ongoing trauma such as abuse. I may be wrong in that though.

I also don't know anything about this, but since the DSM is American, would they allow a British researcher to contribute? Is it a purely American diagnosis manual or do international researchers contribute to it?
