I ate normal today. I ate dinner really early though. I dont think I did anything that would be considered disordered although I am in bed pretty early partially to avoid my hunger. So idk.
I plan on getting oranges and bananas and baby carrots and almond butter the next time I go to the store. I went through a 3 pound bag of oranges in about a week. I like the little packets of vanilla almond butter.
I've been eating tubes of Smarties chocolates but not counting them out or eating the whole tube either. I've just been eating a few at a time and closing them back up.
My sisters family got me a bag of gingerbread Kit Kats and a bag of hot cocoa Hershey Kisses. I just put them on my shelf. I gave away the last of my Christmas candy earlier this week since I had enough.
