the oppositte

I don't like the sun because it reminds me of everything I am missing being agoraphobic- and I get caught in this thought process.. everyone is out doing stuff, but me!. it sucks!

plus: I really hate being hot. I have 2 fans but I still get very hot sometimes

do you use a fan?, or do you prefer to open the windows or use AC
