I don't do any of those things thankfully. And this article says 50+ is vulnerable to COVID more than others, yet the CDC and other experts initially said I or we have to be over 75!!!

Then it was 70, then 65, then 60! (My age) And then it was 18 and older, which I think it should have been from the beginning.

Nobody is immune to it. I know some are more vulnerable than others, but KIDS can get it as we know. The virus doesn't "care" how old you are or how the government defines "essential" or "vulnerable."
