Was binge eating for years - the last year and a half being multiple times most days. I decided to stop Nov. 21st. I've only had a few slip ups. Today is day 14 (longest streak) of no binging. It was getting easier. But today I had some stress and I am REALLY wanting to binge. I'm looking at resources on why we binge and how not to. including some Katie Papo videos - her idea of not having the restrictive mindset while learning to eat peacefully and mindfully has been working up to today. Right now it is a full blown URGE. All the fast heart rate, and chest pressure. Urgency of the mind. The works. I'm writing this as therapy to resist.
