We all feel this way at some points in our lives... It sounds to me like you could do with a big shot of self-esteem and there is no one better to make this happen than yourself
What is it that makes you 'hate' yourself so much?? Maybe if you get to the core of this hate you can banish it by making small changes in yourself if you really feel the need to... not change completely, but improve some areas in yourself that will make you feel good about yourself
