I was like 169.8 today. I'm not sure how I gained in the first place and how I gained so much on 1,170 calories of fruit, yougrt, nut butter, tuna, a serving of pretzels and an Atkins shake. My carbs were really good at 113 and my protein was 73 mil which is over my goal. I was way under my sodium goal too.
So far today I had a serving of pretzel Goldfish, a pouch of tuna, and 2 roasted red pepper egg bites. I also had a 16oz can of birthday cake flavor Mountain Dew and a trenta iced tea lemonade. My mom wants to get pizza for dinner so I was thinking of getting the indvidual size cheese one. That would put me at 1,210 calories, 59 grams of protein, 183 carbs and 2198 mil of sodium.
I had the Goldfish around 2 this morning so maybe I should have another packet of tuna to even things out.
