Now its back to the whole is it an ED or just not hungry/not feeling good/regular dieting debate. The therapist before I moved would say its an ED issue. But I'm trying today I just feel like crap. I have not had meat well unless you count fish. Depends on the kind of person you are. Since Wednesday. But I've been meeting my protein goals through tuna pouches, peanut, and almond butter, and protein shakes. So I'm not restricting. I'm basically just not hungry. I have an empty candy bar tube and an Atkins shake by me which makes me think its just normal dieting.
I just have been getting so many mixed messages for a few years now and I still cant get a clear answer from anyone.
I do know I am not in the mood for 2 pouches of tuna for physical reasons but I want the protein for mental health reasons. Which I guess may be considered a bit of disorderer behavior. But I can't think of anything else with that much protein.
