I went and got tested for both covid and the flu today. Last night in addition to the symptoms I've been having since Tuesday, I started getting these muscle aches and this morning I have some slight congestion and a sore thorat. But man this fatigue. I slept from 7:30-6:30 this morning and I am so exhausted. I woke up for about half an hour around 11 but I was back asleep quickly. But this tiredness I've only felt when I've started a new med or been given something in the hospital or after a surgery. I've had my normal 2 sodas and iced tea lemonade and I am just so tired and doing simple tasks like making my bed wears me out. I have not showered in 2 days because I have not had the energy.
But getting tested was a breeze. It took less then 40 minutes. Based on how long the line was we thought we'd be there for awhile. But they have a really nice system set up and it went by super fast compared to how other states are going.
To be honest I'm kind of worried its not covid or the flu and something more serious. Because if it is covid its just super mild. But if its not thats when I have to get blood work done and tests done for other things that are more concerning.
So I'll wait for these results first then if they are ok I'll see if my primary can get me in 2 weeks early and if he can't then I'll go to immediate care.
Maybe using calm fabric sheets causes me to become a little bit too exhausted. Is that even possible?
