I, too, get the "PTSD tiredness."

I've been feeling blah, grumpy, agitated, frustrated, depressed, mildly anxious, PTSD-y, fatigued, and somewhat mixed-hopeful lately. I just don't want my hopes to get too high and let down my guard.

I'm also fearing perimenopause, thyroid problems, my continued vitamin D deficiency, and prediabetes issues. Some are reversible and/or manageable, but others - not so much. There's nothing I can do to stop menopause from happening. I don't have it yet, I don't think, but I notice some changes in my body.
