We have alters in our system who are 16 years old, too. One is Echo and the other is Princess (kind of like the name before Zelda's name).

We're glad that your back is feeling better.

We have a couple in our system who are shapeshifters (young 10-year-old Dark Angel and some unnamed ones who live deep inside the labyrinth that protects the hidden inner core and the baby and the baby's caregivers).

Your system almost sounds like our system a little.

We have a few alters who handle pain in the body, including Colleen (whom we used to call the "crippled old lady") and Polly (the body shell that everyone takes over whenever they are out). They handle most of the pain, but sometimes we feel their pain, too.
