I felt annoyed with a colleague of mine who is very vocal about her opinions. I let it go but afterwards still felt rattled. Thinking about it, it’s not that her opinion is different from mine that I find difficult, it’s how she expresses it, she’s abrasive- other colleagues have had issues with her. So I’m thinking this is about my tolerance level. I can feel annoyed but then rationalise that it’s just her communication style, and let it go truly within me, not just on the surface.
Sometimes I feel I might overthink but actually it’s processing, and eventually I can work it out.
