black-roses, good on you, and you make some very relatable points actually.🤔 If you're like me, you probably then treat these kinds of negative experiences as learning types of experiences(?) because being hurt like that has a way of showing you who you are: what triggers you and what kinds of behaviors you're willing to tolerate or not, and where your boundaries can be set - for the future. I learned about that through the counsellors and therapists for which I'm grateful for.
