I have 2 opened bags of chips/crackers going and some opened indivudally wrapped boxes of stuff. Today was kind of ok. I had 3 Chobani flips Greek yogurts but I am under my protein goal still. I had a medium iced coffee with skim milk and splenda. I had a serving of Doritos and a serving of Goldfish crackers. I just now had a little cup of Campbells double noodle soup. I drank the broth since the sodium content was not horrible. Dinner will be a pouch of tuna. My carbs is slightly high but my sodium is still ok. If the coffee is correct, it was just a blind guess, I am at 1280 calories.
