I'm really lucky to have a stylist I adore and who is talented with hair. And her shop is only 1/2 mile from my apartment - an added bonus!
I have found Olaplex shampoo to be a miracle for my dry hair. It's magic. Olaplex shampoo is about $28 a bottle on Amazon, but so little is required for each wash that a bottle lasts for about 5 months.
