I'll start. One of the things on my past vision boards (when I utilized it while being inpatient in a trauma treatment hospital) included some of my favorite colors that represented my mood at the time. I loved purply pinks, muted and tertiary colors (like different teals and eggplant-like colors), and anything that told me that it was okay for me to feel and express emotions. This was the start of my healing process for all sorts of things, including spiritual healing, identity healing, trauma healing, and more.

The following butterfly that I found represents positive change into something more beautiful, and hope, amid the sadness depicted in bruised-like colors such as purple. The twinkle lights represent the goodness and innocence within, and that which I want to give off in the future, as I continue to improve myself. The teal colors also represent my ability to change my mind as I'm healing.

This next gif of a purple butterfly drinking water tells me that it's okay to be in need of things, and that it's okay to self-care, whether I'm alone or with others who are like me.

This next gif includes some of the more brighter tertiary colors and two animals - who are different but enjoy similar things, such as dancing - can be happy. My T recently reminded me that learning to tolerate and express negative emotions can also help me from being stuck in that numb place of not being able to feel or express any emotion, including joy and happiness. The more I learned over these past two years to tolerate and express my emotions, the more I learned to also feel more of the happy emotions. This gif depicts one of my personal goals - to find happiness with others.

This next gif depicts some of my favorite tertiary teal colors, and it shows that I can still dream and wish.

And this final gif depicts how it is okay for me to not be okay, it is okay for me to still be in the grieving process for many losses, it is okay for me to have sad feelings and confused feelings, and it is okay for me to heal at a pace that I'm comfortable with.

I agree. 7 years ago to Treeleaf Zendo looking interesting places and found for myself 7 years later being just a guy trying to help.
