I fell asleep around 7:15. I ate 3 small pieces of steak. I woke up right at one thinking I'd be up. So I weighed myself at 2 and then I drank a flat Pepsi blue which expired in July. But then I got tired and cold and I got under a 3rd blanket and I almost instantly fell back asleep from 2:30-4:23. The steak at 7:15 helped so I didn't wake up starving and umable to get to sleep.
