I can offer some help for the eye problems. For many months my eyes have been extremely irritated (grainy, like sand in my eyes, and blurred vision) from computer use. It was to the point that my eyes began having problems even after only 5 minutes online. So I found a wonderful otc solution. It's called Systane Gel Eye drops. I purchased a bottle from Amazon. It is not expensive. The regular drops are nothing special, but the gel is amazingly helpful.
