I just read a news article that stated:

"Store owners point out that the number of infections are still going up, despite stores being closed. This leads them to conclude that stores and restaurants do not pose a risk."



Now I agree with them that maybe closing all non essential stores is not really the best way to fight a pandemic. But their logic makes absolutely NO SENSE at all. How does infections going up prove that stores don't pose a risk of infection?? You could also draw the conclusion that this new strain is so infectious, we need more restrictions.
