Absolutely. Weighing yourself daily achieved nothing apart from encouraging an obsession over the numbers on the scale and promoting disordered earing.
Given the huge natural fluctuations in your weight over the course of a day it is not recommended (by any responsible advice) to weigh yourself more than once a week, ideally at the same day/time.
Assuming that your weight today reflects what you ate yesterday is inaccurate because depending on what and when you ate, your metabolism and activity, it can take a few days to show up realistically on the scales (and by that, I mean as a change in lean or fat mass, rather than just changes in hydration levels).

I looked into NOOM a while ago and the daily weighing is a huge red flag - no expert in nutrition/weight loss would recommend weighing that often, it is just a recipe for eating disorders.
