I didnt weigh myself because I woke up at 2:30 and I wanted to be able to drink stuff right away and not have to worry about my weight being weird because I weighed myself 4 hours earlier then the day before. So I just put the scale under my TV stand.

Today eating has been tough. I had a couple Pop Tarts one at 2 something AM and then one at 5:15AM. Then I had an iced coffee with splenda and skim milk around 8. At 9 I got super light headed and I thought I needed to eat something with protein so I tried eating some canned chicken but my stomach was like "just joking!" And couldnt handle it. I did have a full calorie Pepsi and I had a small tube of Smarties chocolates which took me all day to eat. I plan on just forcing myself to eat a bag of cauliflower for dinner. So I am at about 1225 calories. Which is low, and a lot of that was in drinks.

I get my shot tonight so I'm not sure what that will do to my hunger. Typically the day after my shot I'm pretty hungry. But if I'm not feeling good, then I dont know.

Edit: I guess I miscalculated on the cauliflower and I only had less then 1,175 calories today. 380 of that was before 6AM. 315 calories in drinks. 210 calories in a candy bar. About 255 calories in actual healthy food. My therapist would be pissed.

I strangely went up a size in pants to the point I've had to buy a few new pairs in a bigger size. Despite losing weight and the same pants fitting fine at that higher weight. I don't get it really.
