I was eating Mcdonald's for a while then switched to Chinese. Now, I am eating at home and eating fish, chicken, and salads. I do eat sweets occasionally. I'm trying to walk more each week. Tomorrow, I have to go out again so will walk outside. I don't think I am losing weight but am maintaining it. I feel fine but know I should lose some more weight when I feel like it.
