I don't have any suggestions, but I hear you on the tolerance. I felt uncomfortable with how dependent I was on my dose of 60mg and weaned myself down to 40mg. Made the mistake of telling my psychiatrist that so now I only have access to 40mg.

But, at least you're still getting some benefits. I don't feel any improvement in my symptoms these days, but can't face the alternative of horrible withdrawal.
